European Seafood Exposition 2018
Also this year we will attend the Seafood Expo that will take place in Brussels from the 24th to the 26th of April 2018.
The dried salted Cod coming from Canada, the Gaspè Cured!
Differently from other types of salted Cod, the dried salted Cod Gaspè Cured has a very low salt content and the drying process is longer than the usual dried salted Cod. Another characteristic of the drying process is that it is partly made outdoors, to the sun.
