The Surimi was born from a Japanese centuries-old tradition of preserving fish, in fact, in the old times, Japanese fishermen, in order to not throw away the fish that was caught in excess, were fileting the fish and then they were compacting it in long sticks. Nowadays Surimi is always more present on our tables. Our Surimi is in chunks and is processed in Denmark.

The buckets available are: 125g, 150g, 250g, 450g, 900g e 6kg.
