Shrimps
We can offer both cold water and warm water shrimps. The production is in Denmark where there is an important tradition in this kind of work. The shrimps are cooked and peeled, ready to eat.
The buckets are of: 125g, 150g, 250g, 450g, 900g and 6kg.
The shrimps are available in the various sizes.
Available also MSC certified.
Northern shrimp – Pandalus borealis
The Northern shrimp (Pandalus borealis) is caught in the North of the Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean. It has a compact flesh of pink colour.
Pink shrimp – Pandalus jordani
Pink shrimp (Pandalus jordani) is caught in the North Pacific Ocean. As the Northern shrimp, it has a compact flesh of pink colour.
Crayfish
Crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) is a fresh water shrimp, originating in the United States of America. Nowadays is farmed in many countries in the world.
Whiteleg shrimp
Whiteleg shrimp (Penaeus vannamei) is farmed in tropical areas, where, the water, all year round has a temperature over 20°C.
Shrimpita
We borrow the famous Greek pita and we fill it of tasty cold water shrimps, vegetable, and, obviously, tzatziki sauce.
