Ling (Molva molva) thanks to the compactness of the meat it is perfect for the salting process. Once salted, the Ling is easily recognisable due to the long body (similar to the eel).
Our Ling is caught in the North Atlantic Ocean and is processed in the Faroe Islands or in Iceland. It is characterized by a meat colour particularly white.
It is available both in fillet and splitted (with bone).
The cartons are of 20kg and 5kg.
