The farming of the Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) started in the sixties in Norway. The Norwegian fjords showed, at once, perfect for the farming, in fact, thanks to the very strong streams and to the high sea-depth, the water is pure and very cold, ideal for the growth of Salmon.
Our smoked Salmon is produced by using raw material farmed in Norway. It is a high quality product being produced exclusively by fresh raw material. It is without additives and there is no injections. The smoking process is made in Spain, a country where there is a strong tradition in this kind of process.
