Razor clam

Aloia Foods’ Atlantic razor clam (Ensis directus) comes from the North Sea.
After being caught, it is immediately placed in purification tanks, fed with seawater, on board the state-of-the-art, Dutch-flagged vessel Noordland.
The processing water is geothermal, so that the product is not subjected to temperature fluctuations.
The hallmark of Aloia Foods razor clam is in the cleaning process, which guarantees their excellent quality.
