Surimi in brine

Surimi stems from a centuries-old Japanese tradition of preserving fish. In fact, in ancient times, Japanese fishermen, in order to avoid having to throw away excess fish, would fillet it and then compact it into long sticks. Today, surimi is increasingly present on our tables. When you taste it, you can feel the flavour of the sea. Surimi from Aloia Foods is sliced and processed in Denmark.

Packages are: 125g, 150g, 250g, 450g, 900g and 6kg.
