Plaice fillet

Plaice (Pleuronectes platessa) is a very lean and tasty flatfish caught in the cold Dutch seas, of which it is the undisputed queen.
It is a fish especially suitable for children as it contains all the nutrients needed for growth.

Size:
• The fillet is available with skin and without skin for XXL, XL and L sizes, in 3kg and 6kg boxes or in 1kg trays stored in 3kg and 6kg boxes.
