Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) is a passepartout for all kitchens, from the most sophisticated to the most homely.
The processing method of Aloia Foods tuna is designed to guarantee the best quality yield of the product. The raw material is frozen on board immediately after being caught, so that the organoleptic properties of the meat remain unaltered.
