Salted Ling

Ling (Molva molva) due to its firm flesh is a fish suitable for salting. Once salted, ling is easily recognized by its elongated, almost eel-like body. Ling from Aloia Foods is hook-fished in the North Atlantic Ocean and processed in the Faroe Islands or Iceland. It is characterized by a particularly white meat color.
It is available both filleted and open “butterfly” (with bone).
Cartons are of 20kg and 5kg.
