Smoked salmon

Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) farming began in the 1960s in Norway. The Norwegian fjords immediately proved to be formidable for farming, in fact, due to the very strong currents and sea depth, the water is very pure and very cold, ideal for salmon growth.

Smoked salmon from Aloia Foods is processed from raw material raised in Norway. It is a quality product being processed exclusively from fresh raw material. It is without additives and does not undergo any injection. Smoking takes place in Northern Europe where there is a strong tradition for this type of fish processing.
