Norwegian frozen salmon
Salmon (Salmo salar) from Aloia Foods is bred in the cold, pristine waters of the Norwegian fjords, where the geography of the area guarantees ideal living conditions for the salmon.
However, living in the perfect marine environment is not the only important aspect: the salmon is also carefully handled and analysed by experienced Norwegian farmers before being processed.
Aloia Foods’ salmon is processed from fresh raw material, so that the meat remains firm and tasty.

• 1400-1800g

• 700-1000g
Aloia Foods also offers the possibility of individually vacuum-packing the fillets, in trays.
We have all types of trim (A – B – C – D – E) available.
Trims A and B are PBI, while trims C, D and E are PBO.
