Aloia Foods’ sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax), bred in Turkey mainly in the Aegean Sea, is processed from fresh raw material at the Izmir factory.
Its firm and delicate flesh is rich in minerals such as potassium, phosphorus and magnesium.

The product is available whole and in fillets. Available with bone and without bone.
