National Italian ham

With no added preservatives or additives, Aloia Sapore d’Italia national Italian ham is made by processing 100% Italian meat. Curing, which ranges from 9 to 24 months, is artfully and carefully followed by Aloia master salters. Its unmistakable aroma and intense flavor are the result of a slow and skillful multi-step process: salting, which allows the absorption of the meat’s excess liquids, adequate resting time, massaging of the meat and, finally, the sugnatura.
