Tuscan ham

Tuscan ham Aloia Sapore d’Italia has an intense and refined taste, characterized by the unmistakable aromas of the Tuscan lands: pepper, garlic and aromatic plants such as rosemary, laurel, lentisk, myrtle and juniper. It is processed from pork thighs, carefully selected by the Aloia team, on which the typical V-cut is made to remove the rind and uncover more of the lean part of the thigh so as to favor the seasoning and maturation of aromas and flavors. Finally, black pepper is sprinkled on the lean part of the ham, once with an antiseptic function, today as a distinctive element that distinguishes this treasure of Italian tradition.
