Semidolce ham

Obtained from the processing of thighs of the best European meats selected by the Aloia team, Aloia Sapore d’Italia semidolce ham is characterized by the perfect harmony between fat and lean parts and the right flavor. The salting process is scrupulously supervised by Aloia master salters and gives the ham a balanced flavor; massaging the meat, carried out manually, allows the salt to penetrate all the way to the bone to remove liquids and flavor the meat.
